☀️☀️AUGUST ANNOUNCEMENTS☀️☀️
First on the agenda is the return to
our fall hours! Monday and Wednesday 4:45 pm classes will once again start at 4:30 pm. This change will go into effect on Wednesday, 8/14.
Also going into effect on 8/14, TWO brand new class formats!
One of my favorite things about running a small group training program is how much easier it is to LISTEN to our clients.
How do you feel? What do you NEED from your movement practice?
Overwhelmingly, the conversations have gone like this:
“UGGGHHHH, I don’t like cardio, but I know I need it.”
And
“I’d love a shorter workout. Sometimes I don’t have an hour.”

Introducing Barre & Cardio and Cardio & Core! Each of these classes will be 30 minutes, both designed to get your heart rate up while staying true to our guiding principle; strength, endurance and mobility, without the fluff!
Barre & Cardio will feature your favorite barre exercises with the addition of heavier weights and zero/low impact cardio circuits interspersed throughout.
In Cardio & Core, you’ll get an even balance of (non-boring 😉) cardio circuits, along with movements designed to create a stable and strong core. This class will offer cardio options for EVERYONE. High intensity, low intensity, and everything in between! We are committed to making ALL of our classes accesible to ALL bodies.
You’ll see these new classes at the following times:
Barre & Cardio - Monday, 5:30 pm and Saturday, 9:30 am
Cardio & Core - Wednesday, 5:30 pm.
Both of these formats have been mindfully placed, so they can function as a standalone workout, or a great add on to your regular schedule!
We hope you’ll try these new classes, even if you are not the biggest fan of cardio. (I’ll just go ahead and say it; cardio is THE WORST, but we gotta do it 😄)
