We are excited to share some important news with you. BioRenew Functional & Integrative Medicine is now VitalRenew Functional & Integrative Medicine.

While our name is changing, who we are and the care you receive will not change. You can continue to count on the same trusted providers, compassionate staff, and comprehensive services you have come to know and rely on.

This change reflects our continued growth and expansion as a clinic. Over the past several years, we have worked hard to broaden our services to better support the health and healing of our patients. Our new name, VitalRenew, represents this next chapter.

Vital represents the essential, life-giving energy at the core of health and wellness.

Renew reflects our mission to restore, revitalize, and help patients thrive at every stage of life.

Together, VitalRenew symbolizes our commitment to helping you reclaim vitality and renew your health from the inside out.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2016 from Cumberland University and later completed her Master’s in Nursing at Carson Newman University.

With a diverse clinical background spanning Facial Plastics, Dermatology, and ICU nursing, Autumn brings a comprehensive and integrative approach to her practice. She is deeply committed to functional and integrative medicine, focusing on treating the root causes of health concerns and empowering individuals to achieve optimal well-being.

Please welcome Dr. Ranz to BioRenew Functional and Integrated Medicine! Dr. Becca Ranz is a Murfreesboro, TN native dedicated to personalized medicine, preventive care, and health optimization. With a foundation in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University and medical training from Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine—where she graduated as a member of the honor society Sigma Sigma Phi—Dr. Ranz brings both academic rigor and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to her practice of medicine. She completed her residency at Indiana University in 2017 and is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Upon starting her career in PM&R, Dr. Ranz quickly realized that she wanted to shift gears and focus on preventing disease rather than reacting to it. Since 2020, Dr. Ranz has been working in the field of integrative, preventative, and regenerative medicine. With expertise in hormone replacement therapy for men and women, peptide therapy, and helping patients navigate peri-menopause and menopause, Dr. Ranz combines cutting-edge treatments with a deep belief in the body’s innate ability to heal itself when given the proper tools. In practice, she takes a holistic approach, creating personalized care plans that reflect each patient’s unique needs and health goals.

Dr. Ranz is a member of the AAPM&R, ABPMR, The Menopause Society, and Seeds Scientific Research and Performance. She has a Peptide Certification from the SSRP and is currently studying the field of genomics. With this certification, she will be able to bring an even more personalized approach to her patients’ health and wellness outcomes.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Ranz works hard to practice what she preaches and enjoys staying physically active and eating well. She has a wonderful and supportive husband, two young boys, and two dogs. They all enjoy being outdoors and just being together as much as possible.
