Most of you have probably seen this friendly face before but if not, meet Jack Hydrick, NP! Jack is one of our owners and providers here at Urban Elite. He has also owned Barfield Clinic for the past 21 years. His greatest passion is regenerative medicine, helping clients restore function and improve their quality of life without the need for surgery.

Jack’s journey began after high school when he served as a nuclear power specialist in the U.S. Navy. He went on to earn his undergraduate degree from MTSU and his master’s degree from Vanderbilt. Always committed to growth and excellence, Jack continued his education with doctoral studies at UT Memphis and was honored as a National Health Service Corps Scholar.

Jack is married to his wife, Melana, and is the father of three daughters. When he’s not at work he enjoys hiking, cycling, and scuba diving.
