THANK YOU to all my friends and clients who have let me do my "homework" practicums on them. I'm 2/3rds of the way through classes, but I have my 24 practicums and 2 quizzes completed.

Im really sorry, but you may hear construction noises at our place for the next few months.

We finally got all of our permits approved and can start construction on a small home for my husband's parents who need our help. It will be next door.

We will just turn up the music and air purifier white noise and carry on!

Hello beautiful friends. I'm updating here with some changes.

Some of my regular clients know that this has been a very challenging year for me emotionally, and one that ended with some tremendous loss and a level of physical burn-out. You have all been an amazing support and I appreciate it more than I can express to you.

However, I have more changes ahead in my personal life that I need to prepare for, and my physical body needs to reset, so I need to make some adjustments in my work-life.

Going forward, I would like to perform less bodywork or therapeutic massage, and encourage more of the other therapies I provide. To gradually work toward this, I am increasing the price for therapeutic massage to $140 an hour. 90 minute sessions will get a $10 discount and be at $200/hr. This is based on market research of other therapists in the area and what they provide. This is still way under what value I provide in a session based on those same comps.

The Lymphatic Drainage, Bars therapy, and other modalities will remain at the usual rate.
