My husband is such a kind and wonderful man, but he’s also one of those macho manly man guys who thinks he can do anything without getting hurt. Even when he gets hurt it’s hard to get him to stop and take care of himself.
He recently moved some heavy logs the tree guys left on top of my now broken baby forsythias. The same day he hauled out an old washing machine and hauled in a new one for someone. Then just trying to push the garden tiller into the hard Tennessee clay took him down.
It was a long time coming, but he now has no disc space between his L5 and S1. When he first got on my table, he was severely crooked and could barely move. A little massage and some Craniosacral work and I at least got him straighter and mobile. But he’s made me pull out all the stops lately!
Red and Near infrared light, TeraHertz wand, PEMF mat, Negative Ion Rain machine, Tuning fork transducers, heated gua sha, frequencies, and a poultice of home grown comfrey.
Plus, he got set up at The Disc Doctor to do computerized decompression.
I’m so grateful to have so many ways to support him in recovery!
