Big day on the course for the MTB crew!

Benji Sartain takes the win for the men, with Simon in second place. A coach vs athlete showdown we’ll happily call a win-win.

On the women’s side, Julianna takes the top spot as well! Also coached by Simon! A few others crushed it out there too! Go crew!

• Mountain climbers
• Cycling crunch
• Dead bug
• Glute march
• Bird dog
