We are a wellness spa focused on using the natural elements to heal, de-stress and uncover your deepest potential to live the life you want. In other words, we're here to make you feel good! You don't have to go to Nashville for cutting edge healing services! We are home to Murfreesboro's only floatation therapy, Cryotherapy, and more. We offer float therapy (often referred to as float tanks or sensory deprivation) to help ease muscle tension, stress, anxiety, and even deepen your meditation practice. Find peace, relax and float effortlessly in one of our three tanks. Get chill with whole body or local cryotherapy where we use cold for short periods of time to quickly relieve inflammation and pain and speed up recovery. We have a full body cryo chamber and we also offer localized cryo for specific areas of pain, injury, swelling, and inflammation. Try the healing power of heat and infrared in our infrared saunas! Relax, ease pain, glow and discover the power of sweat. We also offer Normatec Leg Recovery System. Originally created for people with neuropathy, they are now used by athletes to recover faster, every day people to ease pain and swelling in legs and feet, and feel refreshed. Lay back and relax in a comfortable chaise while we prepare your aromatherapy. You can choose from any of our several scents to help ease anxiety, wake you up, or even help congestion. Be on the look out for many new services, a new name, and rebranding to come soon. We are recently under new ownership and will be expanding our health and wellness Murfreesboro destination one day at a time.

Floatation therapy is laying in 10” of skin temperature water filled with 1000+ pounds of magnesium rich epsom salts, so you float like a cork. We eliminate as much light and sound as possible so your body can experience a near gravity free environment where your nervous system gets a chance to relax in a way it has never been able to before. Water + Salt. So simple, but powerful enough to lower pain, stress, anxiety and does so much more. Whole body cryotherapy is natural wellness in a 3-minutes session. Using cold temperatures to promote your body’s natural healing process, the cryosauna creates a dry chill that drops the temp to a range of -120 to -184 degrees fahrenheit. Get inflammation down, fast, help your body heal quicker, boost your energy, and more. Pair it with our NormaTec Pulse leg recovery system. We also offer Local Cryotherapy which is cryo focused on a specific area with the intention to reduce inflammation, pain and swelling. It is quick and effective! Perfect for injury, post-surgery, or pain that is keeping you from getting enough sleep!

Sweat it out with our infrared saunas. Detox, pain relief, lower blood pressure, support immune function, .... We have both the cabin style for a full immersive experience and a dome style so you can lay back, breathe easy with room temp air and still gain all the benefits from infrared. Sometimes there is no substitution for having a massage crafted for you to ease muscular aches and pain. We've created unique offerings that help you get results and a space that helps you relax and focus on healing before you are on the massage table. Recover, reduce pain or just relax and disconnect from every day so you can reconnect with your body and mind.

Our Kombucha Taproom has twelve taps of drinks that can enhance your health, help you feel great, and keep you healing from the inside. While we specialize in fresh organic kombucha, a fermented tea with probiotics that feed and create the all important gut health, you will also find a few sparkling probiotic drinks, and a variety of fresh offering on tap. Drink in or take a growler home!
