🌺 The 2026 National Skilled Nursing Care Week theme, “Moments in Bloom,” honors the meaningful connections, compassionate care, and everyday victories shared within skilled nursing communities. Established in 1967 by the American Health Care Association (AHCA), this annual week-long observance recognizes the vital role skilled nursing centers play in supporting older adults and individuals with disabilities. 🌼

Part of our Interdisciplinary Team, learn about our Chaplains and Bereavement Coordinators.

While chaplains offer spiritual counseling and emotional support to both active and bereaved patients and families, bereavement coordinators focus on planning and implementing programs to support families for up to 13 months after the patient's passing.

Together, they ensure our hospice concepts, philosophy, and goals are upheld with compassion and care.
