She graduated from Prairie State College in Chicago Heights, IL with an Associate of Applied Science degree majoring in Mental Health with a minor in Psychology. She completed Basic as well as Advanced Therapeutic Massage training at the Body Tune Up School of Massage in Stockton, CA and the Central California College of Massage Therapy in Modesto, CA. I take my purpose of holding space to heart, maintaining the studio as a sanctuary for those in need of stillness, and peace. We, like everyone else, are prone to also holding emotions, fears and worries, to the point that they may burden us and distract from our purpose. A massage is a wonderful way to allow those extra burdens to be released, to return ourselves to stillness and sleep.

During the holiday season, many of us will be called to hold space for family, friends, clients and others.
May we all host graciously when we are called to do so, and also allow ourselves to be held when others bless us in that way.

The first week back might be a catch-up week but plan on having a scheduled treatment from the 2nd week of January onwards.
