Reason 4 I am Bullish on renters insurance. Is coverage. You don't know how much stuff you have that you would miss. Clothing, personal entertainment devices, Laptops, tablets maybe even your phone. All of that can be covered and if you have a peril it can be replaced. The peril is already going to cause you some trauma don't extend that trauma by not replacing your things.

Well like the Godfather in Godfather 3, When I thought I was out they pulled me back in. I have written thousands of healthcare policies and comparatively few Property policies so I was going to take a break from health sales to concentrate on getting a real footing in property and casualty. but then a bunch of misinformation from people that i believe meant well but seriously muddied the waters on the already complicated Medicare system. So I am thinking of throwing my hat into that ring again and having Medicare information seminars so that everyone gets a clear picture of both, the good the bad and the ugly.
