She is a true team player, always respectful, and such a pleasant person to talk with. Her positive spirit brings comfort not only to the office staff, but most importantly to the clients she serves. And the best part? Her patient absolutely adores her , which says everything about the care and kindness she provides each day.

Today we are celebrating ONE amazing year with our incredible Executive Assistant, Alexis… and what a gift she has been to our Thriving at Home family!

From day one, Alexis has brought thoughtfulness, organization, and heart to everything she touches. She is a proud MBA graduate 🎓, a lover of books, coffee and tea ☕📚, and someone who quietly works behind the scenes making sure so many moving parts stay in motion.

Originally from Belize 🏝, she brings warmth, perspective, and kindness into our office every single day. Whether she’s helping our caregivers, supporting our leadership team, or making sure the details don’t slip through the cracks, she does it with grace.

She may call herself an introvert, but her impact is loud and clear. 💗

During dangerous winter weather, these amazing caregivers stayed over 24 hours with their clients to ensure they were safe and cared for.

✨ Special shout-out to Judy Spears, who walked over 2 miles to reach her client when the roads were impassable. That is true dedication!!!
