We do this with the power of our own energy.

Everything is energy.

Inside everything thought, feeling, emotions, action, etc. carries energy that is sent out to the universe and creates our physical reality.

When we’re constantly stuck in the mindset of lack, needing, desperation, sadness, etc. we are carrying low vibrational energy which then reflects in our physical reality.

Using the modality of prana healing you’re able to release and shift your energy, start to cultivate a new higher vibrational frequency for yourself and manifest a reality that better serves your highest self.

Rebirth has taken root.

As a collective we go through many transitions, changes and transformations.

Resistance will only cause suffering & pain.

Once we learn how to accept what is happening and surrender to the process of change & transformation, a beautiful flow of energy will emerge.
