It's bold, but it needs to be talked out. 💩 You can’t out-kegel chronic straining.

If you’re sitting upright, pushing, and holding your breath… your pelvic floor is under pressure every single day.

Modern toilets put us at 90°, which makes it harder to fully relax and empty.
More strain = more stress on the pelvic floor.

Try this instead:
✔ Elevate your feet (we love a squatty potty)
✔ Lean forward
✔ Relax your belly
✔ Slow exhale (no breath holding)

Your pelvic floor needs to relax to p**p 👉 not squeeze.

Save this for your next bathroom trip 🚽
