Readings will be offered in time blocks to give our readers the chance to breathe and take a break.

Readings are first come, first served — and we have booked up every year so we HIGHLY recommend you get there at the beginning of your desired time block and get scheduled. The easiest time blocks to get in for a reading will be the 3pm and 4:30 time blocks so plan on that if your schedule allows!

I’m excited to facilitate a peer support group for healing heartbreak Forum - Online Peer Support Groups

This is a topic that’s very important to me and I’m looking forward to helping others navigate to these challenges.

Heartbreak can feel overwhelming, especially as a woman navigating the complexities of relationships and emotions. It’s easy to feel lost and alone after experiencing the loss of a relationship or unrequited love, but healing is possible with the right support and tools. This group offers a safe space for women to come together, share their experiences, and work through their heartbreak with both peer support and strategic guidance. Using the myth of Psyche and Eros as a framework, you’ll explore the stages of healing, gain valuable insights, and find the strength to move forward.

Join fellow women to heal from heartbreak with support, strategy, and the wisdom of mythological frameworks.

While 2023 has been a hard year for a lot of reasons I won't get into here, one bright spot was finally establishing my own office space for my private practice. It was wonderful to have a dream come true.

It's my honor to be of service in a space I've designed to be safe, cozy, and comfortable. Come visit me in this sacred space.

I offer in-person psychotherapy to Utah residents with a focus on Jungian/depth psychology, transpersonal psychology, and psychodynamic psychology. These approaches look at the interactions between the conscious mind and the unconscious. Along with talking through your experiences, we may also work with your dreams, look at your relationships with others in your life, and use expressive arts and energy work. Video sessions are also available. Some insurances accepted; superbills provided for clients using out-of-network benefits.

In addition to psychotherapy, I offer soul-centered coaching and energy work to clients worldwide.
