Where is our next event?!! It is at FIKA infusion and wellness on 3142 Highland Dr ste B5.

FIKA is awesome and we'll tell you more later. But they do more than just IV infusions.

We are doing free injury assessments for anyone who shows up/schedules. These are 20 minutes long with a doctor of physical therapy to get some clarity on your aches and pains.

🟣💪When your arm says “I need a break,” but your therapist says “Let’s make gains.” It’s Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training in action! 💪

BFR uses a cuff (like the one in the pics, thanks )partially limiting blood flow to a limb while you perform light resistance exercises. It may look intense, but it’s safe, effective, and backed by research. 😎

🔹 Why use it?
✅ Stimulates muscle growth with *lighter weights*
✅ Speeds up recovery after injury or surgery
✅ Reduces stress on joints while still building strength

It’s especially helpful for post-op rehab, tendon injuries, or anyone wanting to maintain strength without heavy lifting.
