Every five years, the Utah Department of Health and Human Services assesses people in Utah to identify priority areas that will help improve the health and well-being of mothers, children, adolescents, and children with special health care needs.

We encourage you to complete the survey by November 11th. The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete. Your feedback will help shape statewide priorities for the next five years.

We are so excited to add a new network in San Juan County!!

Connect with your local county on our private FB groups, where the Network leaders connect with families like theirs, share disability-friendly resources, inclusive events, and much more!

The Family to Family Network is excited to host a simultaneous parent support group at our in-person Sibshop session. After you drop off your child(ren) to the sibling group, stay at the UPC for a "creative respite" event with painting and snacks!
