Lower back pain during pregnancy or postpartum is so common… but it isn’t always just a “back” issue 👇

A lot of the time, the real culprit is how your core, breath, and pelvic floor are working together.

When these muscles aren’t coordinating well, your lower back often ends up doing extra work to compensate.

This can show up as:

Tightness, pulling, numbness, tenderness, or that “shelf” feeling can all be signs that the tissue, scar mobility, and surrounding core muscles need more support.
