This morning, Murray-Calloway County Hospital conducted a Code Amber drill to help our team prepare for potential emergency situations involving a missing or abducted child. These drills are an important part of ensuring our staff remains ready to respond quickly and effectively should a real event ever occur.

A special thank you to the Murray Police Department for partnering with us and assisting in today's exercise. We appreciate their continued support and collaboration in helping us maintain a safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Sports Physical time! Please call the office if your child has had their annual exam within the last year and we will get your paperwork ready for tryouts. A sports physical paper cannot be denied if it is dated within the last 12 months!

Following up on yesterday's post about The Foundation’s grant to purchase Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), we are proud to share another impact from this same funding.

Through this grant, an AED has also been provided to Murray Pediatrics, helping ensure their team is equipped to respond quickly in the event of a cardiac emergency. Having access to an AED can make a life saving difference when every second counts.

This grant is just one example of how the generosity of our community extends across multiple organizations, improving safety and preparedness throughout our region.
