Spring Creek Post-Acute Rehabilitation offers a variety of services to our residents. We are a 226-bed long-term care, Medicare-certified facility which provides comprehensive rehabilitation and restorative services. Each room is cable and phone ready. Good morning hope everyone is doing well just wanted to give an update on the phone issue everything is back up and running. All residents are doing great and being well taking care of by our amazing staff who are doing a wonderful job. Stay safe and warm

Just want to reassure family and friends that the residents and staff are okay and doing fine. If anyone has been trying to call the facility we are have some phone issues at he moment due to the weather but are hoping everything will be back up and running as soon as possible. We hope everyone is staying safe and are keeping warm.
