We are a 226-bed long-term care, Medicare-certified facility which provides comprehensive rehabilitation and restorative services. Each room is cable and phone ready. Thank you members of Calloway County Girl Scout Troop 128 for choosing to bless our residents at Spring Creek with your silver award project. These Girl Scouts donated 20 dolls, 20 stuffed animals, and other supplies needed for doll therapy. Doll therapy will bring comfort, joy, and purpose to many of our residents. Thank you to the generous community donors for funding this Girl Scout project, including Tammy Cothran-Keller Williams, Elite Realty, Dr Brad Robertson DMD, Fox Ridge Computers, Whitney’s Gifts, Brenda Hines -Stables Realty, Cheri Theater, Dr Scott Bridges DMD, Ribbon Chix, and the Jarvis family.

Our success rate with our short term rehabilitation program has been extraordinary. The comprehensive care plans are designed to facilitate a quick and complete recovery. Plans are incorporated into the individual resident’s rehabilitation programs with the goal of their independence and the ability to return to community living. Spring Creek Health Care also emphasizes support and education for residents and their caregivers prior to returning home. We love our community and want to use social media to connect with you!
