We are proud to recognize Brandon Passmore, Ambulance Shift Supervisor, as our Employee of the Month for April 2026.

A dedicated member of the MCCH team for nearly 11 years, Brandon was nominated by his peers for his exceptional patient care, professionalism, and compassion. Nominations highlighted his consistent willingness to go above and beyond for patients and community members alike.

One nomination praised Brandon for treating every patient with dignity, respect, and genuine concern, while another recognized his selfless efforts to help an individual secure shelter during dangerously cold weather.

We are pleased to announce the development of a new Palliative Medicine program to support patients and families facing serious illness. The program focuses on improving quality of life by addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs at any stage of illness.

Palliative medicine is specialized care that relieves symptoms, pain, and stress related to chronic or life-limiting conditions. Unlike hospice care, it can be provided alongside curative treatment to offer additional support throughout a patient’s care journey.

Services will include symptom management, emotional and psychological support, assistance with complex medical decisions, and coordination of care among providers.

Patients and families interested in learning more about the Palliative Medicine program can contact, Tonia Kelly, MSN, RN, APRN at 270.978.1312.
