Golferโ€™s Elbow: How We Treat It ๐ŸŒ๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ Mobility + Strength

Pain on the inside of your elbow when gripping, swinging, or lifting? You might be dealing with golferโ€™s elbow (aka medial epicondylitis) โ€” a common overuse injury we see often. But it doesnโ€™t have to mean the end of your season if you take action early.

Itโ€™s usually caused by repetitive stress to the tendons that attach to the inner elbow. Going from not hitting to 100โ€“200 balls a few times per week can quickly trigger symptoms.

Neck pain can be challenging in every aspect of your day. As with most musculoskeletal issues, rest and OTC options provide little, often short-term, relief.
