The amount of support, encouragement, messages, and consultation requests the past few days has truly meant more to me than I can put into words.

The Well Woman Co. was created from a very real desire to offer women a more personalized, thoughtful, and supportive approach to wellness and hormone care. I wanted to design an experience where women feel heard instead of rushed, dismissed, or overlooked.

Building something from the ground up is equal parts exciting, terrifying, exhausting, and rewarding (BIG thanks to coffee). Seeing so many women already resonate with this vision has reassured me that this work truly matters and the need is right here in our community.

After months of dreaming, planning, learning, and building… 🌿

I am so excited to officially launch The Well Woman Co., a modern women’s wellness practice focused on helping women feel like themselves again.

This space was created with modern women in mind —personalized, supportive care that actually listens. Less rushed. More collaborative. More focused on the whole person.

At The Well Woman Co., I’ll be offering personalized wellness and hormone support for women navigating things like:

• fatigue
• weight changes
• brain fog
• low libido
• mood changes
• perimenopause + menopause symptoms
• and the feeling that something is “off” even when labs appear to be in normal range

As a board-certified nurse practitioner and local woman/busy mom myself, my goal is simple: to help women feel heard, supported, educated, and empowered in their health. 🤍

I am now opening founding client appointments, and I truly cannot wait for this next chapter.

After experience in traditional healthcare, I knew I wanted to create something different. That’s why I am creating a space that feels more personal, intentional, and supportive for women navigating everything from hormone changes and fatigue to weight concerns, stress, and overall wellness.

At The Well Woman Co., my goal is to combine evidence-based care with a warm, approachable experience where women feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.

Coming at you with with some valuable tips to prepare for your tox appointment in order to optimize your results:

✔ Avoid blood thinners – If possible, skip aspirin, ibuprofen, and fish oil supplements for a few days before treatment to reduce the risk of bruising. *Always consult with your provider before discontinuing a prescribed aspirin regimen.
✔ Stay hydrated + moisturize – Drink plenty of water and use a high quality moisturizer to keep your skin in top shape.
✔ Limit alcohol & caffeine – Cutting back 24 hours before your appointment can help minimize swelling and bruising.
✔ Plan ahead – If you have a big event, schedule tox at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for full results to appear.
