We don’t say morning meeting or team meeting around here — we say family meeting. 💬❤️

We don’t call her our Executive Director — we call her Mom (and not just because she keeps us on track and knows where everything is). She leads with love, excellence, and the kind of heart that makes this more than just a workplace. 👩‍👧‍👦

And when the camera came out? We didn’t say “group photo” or “team photo” — we said family photo. Because that’s exactly what we are.

On the good days, we cheer each other on.
On the hard days, we lift each other up.

What started as a professional team photo quickly spiraled into a full-blown Awkward Family Photos session. 😅

Matching smiles? Nope. Coordinated poses? Not even close. But accidental jazz hands, impromptu prom poses, and a dramatic “serious face” competition? NAILED IT. 😂📸

Turns out the best team-building exercise is just letting your coworkers embrace their inner goofball in front of a camera. 10/10 would awkwardly pose again. 💁‍♀️🙆‍♂️👯‍♀️

🎶 “Rockin’ around the Charter fam…” 🎶

Today we welcomed our third and final resident of the day — sweet Faye! 💕 She made her grand entrance to her favorite 50s tunes, and something tells us the speakers will be getting a lot more use around here! 🕺💃

Not only is she bringing great taste in music, but she’s also a proud Murray State Racers fan 🐎💙💛 — and you better believe we’ll be cheering right alongside her!

Welcome home, Faye! We’re so excited to make memories, share laughs, and rock out to the good stuff with you. 🎶🏡💛

Would you trust someone to knock a cup off your head with a pool noodle? 🥤🤔

Our staff did — and our residents delivered! 😂 The “I Trust My Resident” challenge had us all laughing as our residents showed off their skills (and maybe a little bit of revenge energy 😅) with some surprisingly accurate noodle swings! 💪👵🏼🎯

No injuries… just lots of laughs, a few close calls, and the kind of fun you only find at Charter of Murray! 💚

It was Jeopardy time at Charter of Murray this afternoon, and our residents came to WIN! 💪😄 With laughter echoing down the halls and answers flying left and right, it was an intense (and hilarious!) battle of wits hosted by none other than our amazing Life Enrichment Director, Taylor! 🎤

Let’s just say… Alex Trebek would be proud. 😉
