We had bunnies ALL around today! 🐰💐

The fun started this morning with our very own staff bunnies hopping through the community while residents enjoyed snatching Easter eggs right off their shirts – there were smiles, laughter, and a little friendly competition!

Then this afternoon, the excitement continued when real bunnies came to visit! Everyone loved spending time petting and cuddling these sweet furry friends. It was such a joyful day filled with springtime fun and heartwarming moments shared together.

A very special thank you to Hairy Buns Rabbitry for bringing her sweet bunnies and helping make the day extra special for our residents! 💛

🍩 Monday was a sweet success at our Donut Dash in Memory Care! Residents had so much fun making their very own donuts, sharing smiles and enjoying a special hands-on treat together.

We’re still not sure if the bigger joy came from creating their donuts… or savoring every delicious bite! 😋 Either way, it was a wonderful time filled with laughter, connection, and sweet moments. 💛

Today’s lesson in bus safety came with a little extra fun… and maybe just a tiny bit of April Fools spirit! 😄🚌

Our Environmental Services Director led education (and re-education!) with our team this morning on proper wheelchair safety and securement for bus transportation. Because when it comes to our residents, safety is always our top priority.

One of our amazing residents even volunteered to help demonstrate the correct way to safely secure a wheelchair on the bus — proving once again that learning is always better when we do it together!

We may have had a few laughs today, but the message is serious: ensuring our residents travel safely and comfortably is part of how we continue embracing the human spirit every day.

No tricks here… just a team committed to excellence and a community that always shows up for one another! 💙

☀️🌮🛍️ The sun wasn’t the only thing out today!

Some of our residents and staff took advantage of the beautiful weather and headed out on the town for a fun-filled afternoon of Mexican food and shopping! From delicious bites to finding a few fun treasures, it was the perfect mix of laughter, connection, and adventure.

We returned to the community with full bellies, full bags, and even fuller hearts! Days like today remind us how important it is to get out, explore, and enjoy life together as we continue to enhance the human spirit in everything we do. 💛

Yesterday was National Puppy Day, and what better way to celebrate than with lots of wagging tails and happy hearts! 🐾💛

Our wonderful friends from Pet Therapy brought their sweet fur babies to spend time with our residents and staff, filling the day with cuddles, smiles, and plenty of puppy love. 🐶 These special visits create meaningful moments of comfort, connection, and joy for everyone involved.

We are so thankful for opportunities like this that help us continue enhancing the human spirit each and every day. A big thank you to Pet Therapy for sharing these amazing companions with us — they truly made National Puppy Day extra special! ✨🐾

Navigating memory changes can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to walk the journey alone. 💜

Join us for Caring Through the Changes, a supportive monthly gathering led by our Memory Care Director, Angie Lowery. This welcoming space is designed for families and loved ones of those living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.

Together, we’ll share experiences, ask questions, learn practical ways to stay connected, and find comfort in community. Because even when memory fades, love remains.

Many may not know that Angie’s background is in social work—but we have the privilege of seeing that passion come to life every single day in our Flourish Memory Care community. It’s in the way she connects, the way she listens, and the way she ensures every detail is centered around dignity, compassion, and purpose.

She pours her heart and soul into her team, our residents, and their families—walking alongside them through every moment with grace and understanding. Her heart is somehow even bigger than her beautiful smile, and the impact she makes is felt far beyond our walls.

We are so incredibly thankful to call her ours.
