He also is a veteran triathlete, having competed at the USAT National Championships in 2010 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and in 2014 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He consistently places in the top of his age group at races. Plus, Russ is a swim coach. He understands the athletic demands often placed on the human body and knows how the body works. Through massage therapy, he can help manipulate the muscles so that they recover more effectively -- so that you can train more effectively.
