We are excited to welcome Dr. David Evans to our office! Dr. Evans grew up in the Salt Lake Valley. After earning his bachelor’s degree at Rice University in Texas, he completed medical school at Baylor College of Medicine and orthopaedic training at the Harvard Combined Residency Program in Boston, MA. He then completed an Adult Hip and Knee Reconstruction Fellowship at Cleveland Clinic in Florida where he honed his joint replacement skills and expanded his expertise to include robotics. During his training Dr. Evans also spent time at Oxford University in the United Kingdom where he broadened his exposure to alternative techniques used in Europe.

He focuses on hip and knee replacement with exposure to sports medicine. Dr. Evans is proud to be joining the team at Utah Orthopaedic Specialists and is looking forward to treating patients in his home state soon! Call the office now to schedule an appointment with him. 801-747-1020

We are so excited to welcome Dr. Liskutin to our office!

Dr. Liskutin (Leash-Coo-Teen) is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic trauma surgeon specializing in the treatment of acute fractures of the extremities, joints, and pelvis. He also has expertise in post-traumatic reconstruction including the management of nonunion and malunion of fractures and infection. Dr. Liskutin is passionate about understanding the needs of his patients and is dedicated to helping his patients recover from injury.

Dr. Liskutin grew up in the Pacific Northwest. He attended Gustavus Adolphus College in Southern Minnesota, where he attained a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and lettered in ice hockey. He went on to complete his Master of Science in Physiology and Medical Doctorate at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, where he remained to complete his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency. He subsequently completed subspecialty fellowship training in orthopaedic trauma at Washington University in St Louis.

In his free time, Dr. Liskutin enjoys skiing, hiking, ice hockey, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and their two dogs. He is excited to be here in Utah and looks forward to treating your orthopedic needs!
