The Reality: If you’re leaking during core work, the move is too hard. Harder isn’t better—functional is better.

The Fix: Side planks from knees + a leg lift:

Align: Ribs stacked over pelvis.

Connect: Bottom hip drives the lift.

React: Catch a sneeze before it happens.

The Rule: If you can’t sneeze-proof it on your knees, don't do it on your toes.

¿Atascado en el baño? 🚽

Si llevas sentado más de 10 minutos, un banquito de baño podría ser justo lo que necesitas. Sentarse de forma convencional mantiene el suelo pélvico tenso, pero elevar las rodillas "desbloquea" el camino para una evacuación sin esfuerzo.

La solución:
Eleva las rodillas: Coloca las rodillas por encima de las caderas. ¿No tienes un banquito de baño? No te preocupes: usa una canasta de ropa, bloques de yoga o un banquito de baño

Inclínate y respira: Inclínate hacia adelante y respira profundamente con el abdomen. ¡Hacer fuerza solo tensa los músculos que necesitas relajar!

If you’ve been sitting for 10+ minutes, a Squatty Potty may be just what you need. Standard sitting keeps your pelvic floor tight, but elevating your knees "unlocks" the path for a stress-free movement.

The Fix:

Elevate: Get your knees above your hips. No Squatty Potty? No worry—use a laundry basket, yoga blocks, or a step stool.

Lean & Breathe: Lean forward and take deep belly breaths. Straining only tightens the muscles you need to relax!
