While the Senate voted 60-40 to advance the government funding package with devastating h**p restrictions buried inside, the bill is NOT law. It still must pass the House Of Representatives - and that's where YOUR voice matters most.

Our best chance to stop this ban is in THE People’s House, the House of Representatives, where nearly 30 bipartisan members previously told leadership that restrictive h**p language is a nonstarter for their constituents.

Right now is when our coalition – farmers, businesses, consumers, everyone in the supply chain – must go no breaks, all gas. The House still must vote on this bill before it reaches President Trump’s desk.

What’s at Stake?

The McConnell-Harris h**p restrictions:

Redefine h**p to effectively ban 95% of legal h**p-derived products like Delta-8, to even topical creams and THC beverages

Would eliminate a roughly $70 billion industry and hundreds of thousands of American jobs

Contradict public opinion – 72% of voters support regulation over prohibition

Go against President Trump – he promoted h**p-derived CBD for seniors in a Truth Social post

This isn’t about safety – the h**p industry has repeatedly offered to support age restrictions, testing requirements, child-resistant packaging, and clear labeling.

The Senate rejected those solutions and chose prohibition instead.
