We were invited to the Sharks girls Softball opening game at St. James High School to throw out the first ball by their coach Paula. The girls welcomed us, every single one of them were well mannered and spoke to us. Video of our Maddie throwing out the ball. We were also presented with a plaque that will be hung in their press box. Honoring a trust that helps kids at schools.

I looked at these girls and saw how each one is learning to be not only a team player, but learning a skill that many will take into their adult life, highly driven.

Government Oversight- Several years ago the Banking Commission of SC initiated legal action against our company to have it report to them and not separate Probate Courts throughout the state, saying companies doing business as Guardian, Conservator, POA, and Estate Representative have to get authorized through them. Action was brought to the SC Court in Georgetown, we won. The decision was appealed and was heard by a three member Appeals Court and we lost. We appealed to SC Supreme Court. Two weeks ago, the Supreme Court agreed to hear our case. This in itself is historic.
We try to protect others and help them at the worse time of their lives. Many see this action against us as a negative, but most attorneys see this as us fighting for the rights of others, and agree jurisdiction should be left to county courts. Additionally they look up to us for fighting the battle that most were afraid to fight. I received over 100 phone calls when this stated from other companies who said they do the same, I asked if they wanted to participate in the legal action, all asked that they not be identified, this declined. Any attorney who does not see fighting this battle is worthy, then they themselves need to look at why they are doing this work and don’t really care about their clients.
This will impact every state in the united state.

We have 5 cases with the Office of the South Carolina Attorney General Vulnerable Adults & Fraud Unit. These are people who have used funds for their own use rather than the vulnerable adult, all but one are family members who stole their funds.

Watched a series called Masters of the Air. Although some bad parts in there we would not want our children to see, the grotesque things that were done by the Germans during WWII, it depicts some of our greatest moments to help. Please pay note to the bombers that had to jump out of their planes when shot up. Candy’s father was shot down twice and had to jump. Last time he was shot down over China and had to get walked out by Mao Zedong people, Guerrillas People's Republic of China, the Chinese Communist party and took him 8 months to get to American held territory.
Trying to teach the kids some historical facts, but they dont want to listen.
