Inlet Yoga offers yoga classes 7 days a week in our beautiful spacious studio and with Zoom classes that are recorded so you can safely practice with us any time and any where! ortunities. In yoga there are no expectations, no comparisons, no judgments and everyone is welcomed no matter what their physical background or age. Owner and Instructor, Maribeth MacKenzie started her journey 25 years ago expanding her love of yoga and wellness through practice, studying and mentoring with experts in their field. The yoga lifestyle begins with a dedication to building a practice on and off the mat as taught by the eight limb path. With these tools in place the transformations begin.

In our classes you can expect a class that builds strength, flexibility, fluidity of movement, grace, breath awareness, and a new found appreciation for the body that shows up on the mat. You will also find a welcoming smiles and a wide variety of music. Variations of the poses are taught and encouraged for those who want to go a bit softer while others are deepening their practice and our Yoga Therapy Wall is an incredible tool to help with relieve spine and joint compression.
