We always want to make sure that everyone is blessed and loved and always remember no one is left behind people struggle with mental health issue people struggle with PTSD depression and also we also have to understand special needs autism down syndrome and ADHD. We have to understand what life is about the challenge that people goes through never underestimate no one and never take a person for granted. I love you guys and always remember.

Good morning everyone I didn’t have a good night last night. It was very touching very emotional and a little pain but I can actually say how blessed I am because I woke up to write this to you guys. My flowers have to be thrown away cause they died and I feel sad when things like that happen , it lifts me it spirit me It emotion of me it control and define my mental capability, but I’m truly understanding the nature of life itself being in the hospital always shows me so much more to appreciate things to hear other people in the other room, crying, and suffering and the family member lose their loved ones Always say someone’s going through much harder than what I’m going through so you should not complain. I just found out I lost the very good friend last week and they didn’t want to tell me because I’m sick and I’m strong and I told him I’m OK her daughter is pregnant and it’s just unfortunately things happen my friend Mom died 10 days prior and then she died. God always have a way of doing things and only he knows peoples suffer with mental health and no one understand and some people can’t even see it. It’s right there in their face when someone is dealing with someone can hide it so bad by smelling cause I do it all the time so your love love your neighbors love each other check up on them always I’m OK you guys I’m still here in the hospital sometime. It’s a little bit hard of being here alone and you can’t even leave out the room Man have a bathroom in the sink and the window to look out But I’m blessed to be alive. I love you and remember prayer

good morning everyone as I woke up this morning, prepare myself for surgery. I was brace and blessed. I've never understand what life is journey has given me of the things that I have went through in life, but I have always understood that my path has to follow and and put everything forward and never complain. My destiny is here and always be.
Life can be full of unexpected things, either happy or sad.
But no matter what happens... just keep a loving heart, a wise mind and strong faith in God. he will always be with us though our journey of life. Pawer of Prayer Prayer is our anchor when all hell breaks loose, We need not suffer the devil's abuse.
Prayer sets our lukewarm spirits on fire,
Prayer burns out carnal nature and all its desires.
Prayer can lead us to a special place, by guiding us with God's amazing grace, Prayer brings us hope, relief and calm,
Prayer is the best soothing balm.
Prayer is the Christians' weapon to combat spiritual attack, Prayer redeems the lost sheep back to the flock.
Prayer heals our wounds and releases the hurt inside, Prayer brings us peace when it is daily applied.
We must never lose heart, in prayer we must persist, Then all our fears and worries we'll be able to resist.
Commit each day to pray a little more, So love and peace can reign on every shore. I think everybody for the love for the prayer and just more of all just being who you are the community is awesome those who don't know me, but l've reached out the love and caring brought me get well, cars and gifts to the hospital thank you that means a lot to me.
It did a little simple things in life that people don't understand. My surgery is at 10 this morning and I feel so blessed and joyful. I got this we got this thank you I love everyone and have a blessed warm, loving blessing day.

Been strong. We don’t know what life will bring us. We have to just be strong in life. Even til sometime we don’t feel not doing it everyday. We have to look deep inside our soul and walk with our life. Enjoy everyday of life. We all have remember as a women we share so much pain inside and out. I learn in the year. I work with my head up high. I keep my mental in the right place. We all know we can cry and say it ok. We all smile and keep the air going around you. I watch how different mens also walk around think it ok keep they pain inside and not show it. It ok ur not alone. Share ur pain with someone talk. Let it out. We all have to be strong for each other strong for your mine, strong for your soul. I have to keep your head up and always know life is not perfect relationship love sometimes movie are not perfect but we can change that will be her pass in the past and let it ruin our future. Be strong for urself and ur soul and health we got this. Everyday is life. Love you all
