Oregano, Slippery Elm, and Turmeric Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon slippery elm bark powder
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional, for extra flavor and vitamin C)
Instructions:
1. Boil Water: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a small pot.
2. Add Ingredients: Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer, then add the oregano, slippery elm, and turmeric.
3. Simmer: Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes to infuse the flavors and benefits.
4. Strain: Remove from heat, strain the tea into a mug to remove solid particles.
