Because of generous hearts in our community, we’ve been able to provide scholarships that open the door for women who might not otherwise step onto the mat. These classes aren’t just stretches and poses—they’re moments of peace, confidence, and belonging that ripple into everyday life.

A wonderful opportunity to invest in your faith and wellness while using it to inspire others
You won’t want to miss this! Arise blessed to partner again with Living Soul to bring you a Christ-centered Faith filled YOGA TEACHER TRAINING! We have lots of options for you!
If you have been thinking/praying about becoming a Yoga Instructor, or deepening your knowledge, experience, and understanding of Christ-centered biblically based yoga… These training are for you!
We have 4 different training options available for you to choose from. Each of these options will be founded in biblical philosophy and give you the tools, resources, and confidence to practice and teach and/or deepen your understanding and experience of Christ-centered yoga.
Training options:
200 hour yoga Alliance certified online Yoga Teacher Training. If you have never taken a training and desire to be a yoga, instructor or deepen your own practice, this training is for you.

Wednesdays 10:30am
Rebound & Recover is a mini trampoline and yoga class combo. This class includes low impact jumping to fun beats, strength building, and the class concludes with some gentle yoga.
It’s fun and detoxing for the whole body! 💪🏽🎉🎶🤸‍♀️
The mini trampolines or rebounders absorb some of the impact of jumps, reducing stress on joints, while improving cardiovascular health and detoxifying the body.
Additional benefits include: improving mood, boosting energy, burning calories, gaining muscular strength, improving coordination and balance, lymphatic detoxification, reduces stress, and FUN!
