Gaslighting in a relationship...

Denial: "That never happened" or "You're making things up"
Lying: "I didn't do that" or "We never said we would be exclusive"
Blaming: "You provoked me" or "You're too sensitive"
Isolation: "Your friends are toxic" or "Don't go out without me"
Questioning memory: "You're wrong, you never remember things correctly"
Changing the subject: "Is that another crazy idea you got from [friend/family member]?"
