It’s hard to put into words how much I miss my Dad and how hard today is. My first Father’s Day without him. But I know he’s in a better place and that he’s at peace and that’s how I make sense of the hurt, the pain and the loss. There’s so much I wish I could tell him. There’s so much I wish I told him when he was here. I pray for strength and for God to guide me. I pray for strength so that I’m able to pass it along to my own Son. I love and miss you Dad. Happy Father’s Day and thank you for always helping me. Thank you for everything.

If you want accelerated recovery we need to minimize muscle damage/catabolism and speed repair of what we do break down.
