Hi! I’m Keelan Wright, I do the short sprints, 100 and 200 I have 4 All-American titles and I have the #15 California All-Time ranking for the 100m and the #23 time California All-Time ranking. I just graduated from Chaparral High School in Temecula and I’m heading off to the University of Georgia in the fall to further my track career. I’ve been going to Erika for a while mainly combating tightness in my body from all the stress of meets and her persistence has really helped me during the season !

SUMMER 2025 ATHLETE HIGHLIGHT:

I love all my clients and patients, yet I will say my young athletes have a speciall place in my heart. They really ignite the passion and remind me why I became a Bodyworker and being an athlete myself brings me so much joy! I love to see these young people develop and thrive. Makes my heart so happy. They make me better. Kurelle I met as a baby when I worked on his grandma in a totally different City and when I was doing home visits. His mom and I connected a few years back in one of my previous offices here in Murrieta and we made the connection. Full circle.

Hi, I’m Kurelle Thomas, a college football athlete on scholarship at Western Colorado University. Competing at a high level means taking recovery just as seriously as training, and that’s something I’ve really come to understand over the years. Working with Erika has made a huge difference in helping me stay healthy, mobile, and ready to perform.
Her massage therapy has been a key part of my success. As I prepare for the demands of fall camp and the season ahead; Recovery is a major priority for me, and Erika’s teachings will play a big role in keeping me on the field and feeling my best.

SUMMER 2025 ATHLETE HIGHLIGHT:

Hi, I’m Jordin. I’m a high school cross country and track athlete, specializing in the 1600m and I’ll be running at UC Santa Barbara this fall on a full athletic scholarship. I started seeing Erika a few months ago for a calf issue, and since then, massage therapy has become a part of my routine. Now I use it to stay on top of soreness, prevent injuries, and keep my body ready to compete. Running is such a huge part of my life, and as I move into Division I athletics, recovery is something I’ll keep making a priority.
