Anyone else wanting to build routines to support their lymphatic systems?
This is my 2-7min (depending on how much time I have) general full body lymphatic stimulation routine.
I often do this when I apply lotion/oil after taking a shower.
It’s more about being intentional with an already existing step in my routine, rather than adding something completely new.
Yes, I also incorporate dry brushing usually before I shower, but not right before or after sunbathing 😎☀️
I got to spend the afternoon in the sun and getting my lymphatic system going was a perfect way to support relaxation, circulation and detoxification that afternoon.
*the second half of the video I used my body Gua Sha tool - which I just LOVE!
