What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and an essential support system for our team. Your responsibilities include:
✅ Creating a welcoming experience for all clients—friendly faces make a difference!
âś… Handling payments (co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance).
âś… Scheduling clients and sending intake paperwork like a pro.
âś… Verifying insurance coverage and keeping files up-to-date.
âś… Billing monthly contracted agencies (Kids Court, Pink Ribbon, VOC).
âś… Being a communication superstar with excellent phone and email skills.
âś… Attending team meetings and staying in the loop.
âś… Collaborating with supervisors to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who is:
📝 Experienced – At least two years in private practice or a similar setting with a diverse client base.
🎯 Organized & Detail-Oriented – You don’t miss a beat!
⏳ Great at Time Management – You juggle tasks like a pro.
