What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and an essential support system for our team. Your responsibilities include:

✅ Creating a welcoming experience for all clients—friendly faces make a difference!
✅ Handling payments (co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance).
✅ Scheduling clients and sending intake paperwork like a pro.
✅ Verifying insurance coverage and keeping files up-to-date.
✅ Billing monthly contracted agencies (Kids Court, Pink Ribbon, VOC).
✅ Being a communication superstar with excellent phone and email skills.
✅ Attending team meetings and staying in the loop.
✅ Collaborating with supervisors to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
We need someone who is:

📝 Experienced – At least two years in private practice or a similar setting with a diverse client base.
🎯 Organized & Detail-Oriented – You don’t miss a beat!
⏳ Great at Time Management – You juggle tasks like a pro.
📞 Excellent at Communication – Whether on the phone or via email, your words are clear, professional, and warm.

💡 A Problem-Solver – You find solutions instead of roadblocks.

💪 Self-Motivated – You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do next.

Bonus Points if You…
✨ Have experience with billing and insurance verification.

🛑 Stop the Spread of Hate Disguised as Humor🛑

Lately, I've seen too many posts and memes about "my pet is safe" in response to the outrageous and false claims about Haitian immigrants. Let’s be clear: these jokes and memes are not harmless. They are another way to perpetuate discrimination and fuel dangerous stereotypes against a vulnerable community.

These lies about Haitian immigrants harming pets have already led to violent threats and fear. Making light of it doesn’t help—it only deepens the harm. We must stand together against racism and misinformation, not spread it further through "humor" that dehumanizes others.

💬 Please think twice before sharing or laughing at these posts. We should be lifting each other up, not tearing communities apart. Let’s choose compassion and truth over fear and ignorance.
