So these cookies were a fail but a great learning opportunity! I've been looking for recipes to share with you guys that are paleo, dairy free, and low sugar and I decided to try these cookies. I was actually pleasantly surprised that the flavor was really good and they were really moist, the only problem was the bad artificial sweetener after taste and that they ended up having too much sugar. I'm excited to try them again though and have some yummy cookies to share with you all!

After an injury earlier in my life left me with chronic pain, I knew there needed to be a better solution than ongoing pain killers. As a holistic doctor practicing functional medicine, my experiences have led me to find the underlying causes for patients health concerns rather than bandaiding their symptoms.

As I continued to help patients, I became aware of a growing concern. Diabetes started spreading as if it were a contagious disease. With so many affected, I set out to find a solution that didn’t involve taking insulin or other medications for the rest of their lives. My continuing education brought me to the forefront of the healthcare community with breaking research and innovative strategies for rolling back disease. I started helping patients with programs tailored to their personal circumstances, based on laboratory testing to understand the root cause of their condition, not to manage the disease but to roll it back. The addition of nutritional support only available to healthcare professionals has closed the loop on restoring real health.

Having helped hundreds of patients reverse their diabetes, auto immune, thyroid disease, and neuropathy I am ready to offer my results-based program to all who are suffering needlessly having been told their condition could only be managed.
