As a Pediatric Chiropractor, Dr. Todd Donohoe, DC, DICCP has specialized, advanced training and certification in the evaluation, care and management of health and wellness conditions specific to pregnancy, infancy, childhood and adolescence. He is able to provide primary, comprehensive, therapeutic and preventative chiropractic health care for expectant moms, and their children—newborns through adolescents. Dr. Donohoe specializes in Pre-Natal Chiropractic, Pediatric Chiropractic and Cranial Therapy, (NCi). Dr. Donohoe is the only double credentialed Pediatric and Pre-Natal Chiropractic Specialist in Riverside County. He is Webster Technique certified to assist in repositioning breech presentation babies, gently and naturally. At Donohoe Chiropractic you will be welcomed into a comfortable and casual family-friendly environment. Whether your little ones are patients or not, they are always welcome in the office. Our friendly staff is available to help by holding babies or shadowing toddlers as they roam. Our Kids Room is stocked with toys and books. There is a private nursing area, changing table and baby weigh scale available. 1. Children don’t need “wellness checks.”
Regular pediatrician visits are not mandatory. True wellness is about watching your child thrive, not just ticking off a box on a schedule. (If you’re looking for a more natural approach, we can help with that.)

2. Due dates are really “guess dates.”
Women have naturally different lengths of gestation. The idea that everyone delivers at exactly 40 weeks is a medical oversimplification.

3. Ear infections are mostly misdiagnosed.
Children under two rarely get true ear infections. More often, it’s teething discomfort mislabeled as an “infection.”

4. Your baby doesn’t need purées as a first food.
Babies are capable of safely exploring soft, whole foods from the start — no need to rely on jars of mush.

5. Nutrition should come from food first.
Supplements are secondary. Even better? Test your body for what you actually need (hello, Dr. Wilder, our AK Queen👋).
