✨ I am beyond honored, thrilled, and deeply grateful to share that I have been nominated for the LEILA Awards. Latina-Owned Business Woman of the Year by the Latina Business Women Association Inland Empire! ✨
Receiving this news last week left me speechless. To be recognized among such amazing, inspiring women entrepreneurs is truly humbling. 💖
As a child who migrated from Colombia at the age of 12, crossing borders with my two younger brothers over 42 challenging days, I came to this country with a dream to be different, to thrive, to create impact.
My journey hasn’t been easy. Growing up with dyslexia, ADHD, OCD, and facing mental health struggles, there were moments I thought I wouldn’t make it. But I always knew I had a mission in life to overcome my challenges, to rise, and to give back.
This country has given me opportunities I could never have imagined, and I now see that every challenge I faced was preparing me to be a voice, an advocate, and a changemaker.
I am thankful to God, who has walked beside me every step of the way, giving me strength and protection even in the moments I wanted to give up. 🙏
I am blessed with an amazing husband who believes in me, supports me, and accepts me fully. ❤️ To my mom, who always saw my potential and encouraged me to dream big thank you for never holding me back.
To the NLBWAIE and all my fellow nominees, I am honored to stand alongside you on May 22.
Thank you to my community, veterans, friends, and colleagues for supporting our businesses and believing in us. Together, we rise! 💪
