There are multiple options for reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth, and one of those is using a soft and gentle filler.

While some call lines around the mouth smokers lines, we prefer to call them, kissing lines. This happens overtime as we start to lose some volume as well as structural changes.
