Focus on Christ, Leave the Distractions Behind 🌟

🌟 Stay Focused on Christ in Your Recovery Journey 🌟
Hey recovery fam! 👋 We've all been there—distracted by the things around us, pulling us off course. But here's the secret: in recovery, the most important thing is staying focused on Christ.

💡 Let everything else fall behind you, and remember, those distractions don't belong in your future. Keep your eyes on the prize, and allow your focus to be on the One who gives you strength to keep going. 🙌

Stay encouraged and remember—you’re not alone on this journey. Keep moving forward with faith! 💪

Life and recovery often have one thing in common—distractions. Whether it’s the mistakes of our past or the temptations of today, it’s so easy to lose focus. But here’s the truth: With Christ, all things are possible. 🙌

Take a moment today to reflect: What’s distracting you from your faith, your purpose, or your recovery? Let’s commit to letting go of the past and fixing our eyes on Him. Don’t let distractions pull you away from Christ—He’s the solid ground we stand on. 🌟

Weathering the Storm 🌊🎣

Sometimes life feels like you're battling the elements alone—just you, the storm, and your faith. But when you're prepared, physically and spiritually, you can face anything.

Today, I’m out here in 28-degree weather, fishing creeks that others call 'unfishable.' It’s just me, Father God, the Holy Spirit, and a promise of abundance.

In life, just like in fishing, you’ve got to dress for the battle. As the Word says, 'shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace.' Stay grounded, stay firm, and let God lead.

The Holy Spirit is my guide, showing me the way even in the toughest storms. You might be alone, but with Christ, you have all you need to stand firm and reap the rewards. 🙏✨

If you’re facing a storm today, remember: God will equip you to weather it and come out stronger. Keep the faith, and don’t quit.

Good morning, Recovery Ward! Big Joe here, thinking about the Seasons of Life. Just yesterday, I was out fishing in 70-degree sunshine on the Snake River. Today, we’re covered in snow. It’s a reminder of how quickly life can change, bringing us new seasons—some smooth, others challenging. But if we stay prepared, dressing ourselves for each season and every battle, we’ll make it through.

Recovery is a day-by-day journey, and just like the weather, it has ups and downs. The key? Stay surrendered, stay strong, and stay sober. One day at a time.

Good morning, Recovery World! Big Joe here. I’m standing in the rain, and while I can’t see it, I feel it. God’s protection is like this coat I’m wearing—blocking out the rain but reminding me it’s there. Life in recovery has its storms, its dark times, and sometimes it feels like hell’s knocking on our doors. But God has given us the armor to stand firm. Put on the full armor of God, renew your mind through His Word, and we will have strength against every trial.

In those moments when darkness presses in, don’t lose sight of our Lord Jesus Christ. One day at a time, one step at a time, He’ll keep you strong and sober if you stay surrendered. Keep going, Recovery World! You are not alone.

Good morning, Recovery World! Each day gives us the opportunity to either dwell in the darkness or seek the light. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming at times, like they’re growing all around us, but if we look closely, we’ll always see the light (Christ) breaking through.

In recovery, it’s essential to hold fast to what keeps us free. The light may feel faint some days, but it’s always there, guiding us toward hope and healing. Today, let’s focus on what truly matters—letting go of the darkness and keeping our hearts fixed on the light. Stay strong and trust in the journey. 💪
