This is interesting to me, since I am a very occasional caffeine drinker. According to this study, if you don't take in caffeine regularly, your blood pressure may rise after caffeine intake. If you do this before going to the doctor, it can cause issues with the potential diagnosis and treatment of high blood pressure.

Caffeine has been linked to increases in blood pressure, and a new study suggests that it may interfere with blood pressure testing and treatment.

I can SO relate to this post! As much fun as it is to be a competitive athlete, the workouts just don't fit into my busy life. As this piece states, a growing body of evidence is showing that doing higher intensity workouts just a few days a week is just as good for you as longer workouts 5 days/week.

To all of you struggling to find your fitness groove, I have a message for you: Do less, and do it regularly.
