๐๐ Big Cheers for Nikki! ๐๐
Weโre over the moon to celebrate our local hero, EMT Nikki, who has bravely battled through three ACL surgeries over the past three years with the incredible support from ESSMC! ๐๐ช
Today, weโre thrilled to share that she has completed her rigorous rehab and is back on the ambulance, ready to serve our community once again! ๐โจ
Nikkiโs journey is a testament to resilience, determination, and the power of community support. Letโs all take a moment to recognize her commitment, and remember: every step forward is a victory!
Quote from Nikki: "Mr. John Bonaroti and his staff are nothing short of fantastic. My gratitude is difficult to put into words, but this is my best effort: Everyone at the ESSMC Murrysville office is awesome, however a special shout out to Brittany for being an absolutely incredible asset to their team and to my recovery! Brittany has continuously been a wealth of knowledge and advocacy throughout my journey, and I couldnโt be more grateful for her expertise. In addition to Brittany, I also believe that the rehab technicians that I have spent many appointments with deserve the absolute highest praise. Taylor, Bre, Shannon, and Abigail are nothing short of incredible. They are knowledgable, encouraging, and uplifting. The absolute finest. Physical therapy is often not only a physical challenge, but also a mental one. Brittany, Jacob, Bre, Taylor, Shannon, and Abigail have offered the utmost support through each and every trial and tribulation of my recovery so far, and have kept me motivated and on track. By the end of every single appointment (there has been many over the course of a few years!), I leave the office in a better headspace than I arrived in. That is surely something worthy of the highest commendation. The first steps off of the elevator (or at the top of the stairs, if youโre at that point in your PT journey!) are always met with a warm welcome from Diana and Vicki, which always sets the tone for a great appointment and makes you feel right at home. Words cannot even begin to describe my gratitude. These folks have worked as hard as I have, and it means the world to me. Working in healthcare myself, I believe that those mentioned help to set the standard of excellence in the healthcare and rehabilitation fields. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! Keep up the great work, and keep setting the highest standard. The work that you do is life changing!"
Thank you, Nikki! You inspire us all. ๐
