ANGIE CRUMLY, LMT/RIOTS & REBELLE'S SALON·MAY 24, 2022
THESE POLICIES WILL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY AND WILL APPLY TO ALL CLIENTS. You must message the page or message me directly. You will also be required to pay up front for your first appointment. There are several options to pay upfront including credit card and Venmo. If I do not receive your payment ahead of your appointment, I will assume you no longer want the appointment. I understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, therefore, please notify me at least 24 hours PRIOR to your RESERVED APPOINTMENT TIME and I will gladly reschedule your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment time or do not show up for your appointment, you will NOT be refunded. If you are intending to use a gift certificate for your appointment and you no show or cancel less than 24 hours, you will forfeit that gift certificate. Please remember that it is your responsibility as the client to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments. If you are late to your appointment, you will only receive services in your allotted time frame that you scheduled. I will not go over the appointment time and possibly push other clients back on their times. For all new clients, please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment as there will be a client intake form that must be filled out before your massage begins, if you haven’t already done so online. This gives me a chance to look over any medical history and determine if there are any contraindications to receiving a massage. I always strive to make my clients happy with their massage. I recommend scheduling your next massage prior to leaving your appointment. This will ensure that you will have an appointment time that best fits your schedule. At Riots & Rebelles Salon, we love children as much as everyone else, but their safety is a priority. I would recommend not bringing children with you to your massage as they will not be allowed in the room with you. When someone allows their child(ren) to misbehave or run around the salon, it poses a safety risk for the child, clients and the stylists working downstairs. We have sharp implements, chemicals and extremely hot tools that are being used, if a child were injured it would be devastating for everyone, therefore we request that if you must bring your children to an appointment that isn’t for them, it be for a brief period and they must remain seated in the reception area at all times. If your child is there to receive a service and they become unruly, the service may be stopped and have to be rescheduled. This is to ensure the safety of the child and myself.

What a horrific and senseless tragedy this family and the community has to face. Her current bf is a dear friend who I hold close to my heart.

Domestic violence has skyrocketed over the years and affects men, women, children, and the elderly. Riots and Rebelle's is committed to training to recognize Domestic violence situations. I am currently completing training as we speak.

We encourage everyone to support our local DV shelter as well as the many local mental health services available. And always, just be kind. It costs nothing.

Dear Muscatine Community,

I want to offer my deepest thoughts and prayers for the family of Kalista Rae Hallberg, whose life was tragically taken in a senseless act of violence at our Hy-Vee on June 30, 2025. My heart aches for Kalista’s loved ones and friends, who are enduring unimaginable grief. As your Mayor, to every person who witnessed this terrible event, carrying the weight of trauma, and to the employees and customers of Hy-Vee and CBI Bank & Trust, we feel for you deeply and want to assure you that your safety is our priority. We stand with you, holding you in our thoughts and prayers as we navigate this sorrow together.

This act of violence, perpetrated by an individual who does not call Muscatine home, is a shameful affront to the values of our community. It has wounded the spirit of our close-knit community, and I explicitly condemn it. No one should fear for their safety in Muscatine, a place we call home—a place where we shop, gather, and build our lives. This tragedy reminds us how precious and fragile our sense of security is, and it strengthens our resolve to ensure such heartbreak does not define us.

I am extremely grateful for the courage and swift response of the men and women of our Muscatine, IA Police Department, Muscatine Fire Department, Muscatine County Emergency Management/911, Muscatine County Sheriff’s Department, and Iowa State Patrol. We are truly blessed to have these wonderful people who serve our state, county and community with such bravery and professionalism, protecting us in times of crisis. The City of Muscatine, pledges untiring support to our law enforcement as they work diligently to provide answers.

In this time of grief, I ask our community to come together—not just in sorrow, but in hope. Let us honor Kalista’s memory by embracing one another with compassion and kindness. Let us commit to building a safer Muscatine, where every resident feels secure. The City of Muscatine will collaborate with community leaders, law enforcement, and all of you to strengthen violence prevention efforts and foster a future where our children, families, and neighbors can thrive without fear.

Together, we will heal. Together, we will rise stronger. Let us hold Kalista’s family, her loved ones, and all those affected in our hearts as we work to make Muscatine a beacon of unity and peace.

God Bless
Mayor Brad Bark

I hope this finds everyone well! Now that the holidays are over and the winter crud has finally gone away, I can finally focus on all my favorite clients! I appreciate each and every one of you! The last 5 years have been amazing, and I've met so many great people!!

I have decided to take the plunge and change my scheduler. I will no longer be using Massagebook. I am going with Square Scheduler instead. Please bear with me as I make this transition. I'm trying to get all my current appointments set up. You may be getting emailed a new medical form. It has been a while since these have been updated, but I am still working on getting that form created and uploaded.i have the new link set up on the FB page as well. If you run into any issues, please let me know.

Last but not least, I am going on vacation! I will be out of the office starting February 21st and won't be back until March 10th. I will be on a cruise ship, so if you message me, just know I will not be answering anything until March 10th.

Love you all! Ang~❣️
