Meet Nikki, our February Staff Spotlight! 🌟

Nikki has dedicated 16 years to healthcare as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) —and all 16 of those years have been spent right here at Accura HealthCare of Muscatine! Her commitment and consistency speak volumes about the passion she brings to her role each day. 🩺🧡

Nikki loves mingling with residents and getting to know their life stories, building meaningful connections that make every shift special. She also treasures the friendships she’s formed with her coworkers over the years. 🤝🥰

When she’s not at work, you can find her enjoying a good book and spending time with her three children and two grandchildren. 📚
