hello my beautiful people!
I cannot say enough how much I love being your LMT and sharing the gift of massage with you all. Practicing for 12 years has been such an amazing experience, and I plan to continue for many years to come. I do need to take care of a few housekeeping items tho:
1) Due to no shows/no calls/late cancels new clients will be required to have a Credit Card on file to book an appointment. I see roughly 40 people every week so each session reserved is valuable time and when someone no shows or cancels last minute that means someone else didn't get an opportunity to get on my calendar. Half the session fee will be charged for no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.
2) Note a previous post about prices raising a bit starting Oct 1st.
3) I appreciate your patience and timely responses when I offer appointment times. Do keep in mind that because I have such a busy schedule, I do not hold offered times/days more than 12 hours. I am considering offering online booking to avoid some of the frustration you might feel when trying to book, but my full availability may not be reflected on the schedule visible to you which is why a quick response to me is the best way to ensure you get the day and time that works for you.
4) It's flu season and illness can suddenly emerge. I understand this and ask that you do not show up to an appointment sick, still recovering from illness, or feel you may become sick. You will not be penalized for canceling late if you're sick. We need to keep everyone healthy.
5) Lastly, please please please if you are using a gift certificate remember to bring it with you to redeem. Also, there is an expiration date on each card which is a year from purchase date.
I hope this isn't too heavy of a post, but these are repeated issues that I've needed to address.
Those who know me, know that I do everything I can to accommodate your schedules and preferences and that I truly love my clients, wanting the best for you all.
