Pure Health and Healing Natural Medicine I am a Traditional Naturopath and Certified Aromatherapist, my husband and I own a nutrition store, NUTRITION OUTLET, in Muscatine Iowa. I was born for this.

Naturopathic Practitioner helping people uncover the root causes of their health concerns through nutrition, detox support,and natural therapies at Pure Health & Healing Natural Medicine, located inside Nutrition Outlet. I have a strong passion for teaching my clients how to get and stay healthy and feeling good, naturally. Teaching my clients how to feel better using natural medicine, then seeing them take control of their health, and feel better using naturopathic principals, is the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. I love my work; I honestly can’t imagine doing anything else. The approach that I use in my practice is finding the root cause of your problem, we then support the mind, the body and the spirit, so that natural healing and true wellness can be achieved. I specialize in aromatherapy and Bach flower therapy for emotional balancing, homeopathy, adaptogens, whole food and herbal supplementation, detoxification, immune modulation therapies. I also use iridology, ZYTO bioenergetic scanning, muscle response testing and pH balancing with my clients. I am a certified ShapeReclaimed practitioner and Certified in Reiki I,II,and Master. A typical wellness consultation with me takes between 2- 3 hours. It is a deep dive into everything about you. We will be talking about your mind, body and spirit. Suggestions will be made on building healthy foundations with diet, exercise, water intake, lifestyle changes, supplementation, detoxification, as well as recommendations for other modalities of treatment that fall under the natural health umbrella.
