Moments like these remind us how special it is to create joy, laughter, and meaningful memories—especially for those living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. Watching their faces light up is what it’s all about. ✨

Betty Jean (Keeton) Riley
July 31, 1934 ~ February 4, 2026

Betty Jean Riley, 91, of Florence, passed away at Brentwood Retirement Center.

Betty was a homemaker and a member of Killen Church of Christ.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 1-2 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Greenview Memorial Park. Officiating will be Stan Dean.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Frankie Keeton; her husband, William “Bill” Riley; son, Leonard Riley; and seven brothers and sisters.

She is survived by daughters, Beverly Robbins (Don) and Sharon Robbins (David); grandchildren, Casie Steen (Corey), Brandi Corum (Hank), Blaine Robbins (Josh), and Blair Hampton (Ross); great grandchildren, Evie Steen, Summer Steen, Hannah Corum, Lawrence Corum, James Hampton, and Liam Hampton.

Pallbearers will be Blaine Carlisle-Robbins, Josh Carlisle-Robbins, Corey Steen, Hank Corum, Lawrence Corum, and Ross Hampton.

The family would like to say a special thanks to Brentwood Retirement Center for the loving care given by the staff to our mother and our family.
