Hi friends,
You may have seen recent headlines about new federal legislation that could ban h**p-derived products nationwide starting in late 2026. Like many in our industry, we were blindsided by language quietly added to the recent government funding bill. This language would threaten thousands of small businesses and millions of Americans who rely on safe, lab-tested h**p products every day. It's estimated to cost Americans 350,000 jobs.
Let’s be clear: our products are not going anywhere right now. Everything you love from us remains available and fully legal. We’ve been proudly doing this for seven years, and we’re not backing down. We have a year to fight for fair, common-sense regulation, and we’re committed to protecting what we’ve built together.
Here in Wisconsin, AB 606 also poses a serious threat to our local h**p industry. It would harm responsible businesses like ours while doing nothing to improve safety or quality for consumers.
