We recently celebrated an amazing milestone as our wonderful resident Ethel turned 100 years young. Ethel has been part of our community since 2021 and continues to bring joy to everyone around her with her gentle spirit and kindness.
Ethel believes the secret to her long life lies in growing up on a small farm, where she enjoyed plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. She also credits a long and happy life to the love and support of a wonderful husband and a close-knit family.
Some of Ethelโs greatest blessings in life have been getting married and raising a family. She treasures the memories of her wedding day and the joy of welcoming each of her children into the world. One moment she always laughs about is the time her brother, who was the best man, fainted during the ceremony!
Ethelโs advice to others is to try to be nice to everyone because you never know what someone might be going through.
